Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the Netherlands is seeking a Global Brand Director Biosimilars to drive the next wave of biosimilar launches and ensure sustainable commercial success. You will design brand plans and marketing campaigns in collaboration with regions to deliver best-in-class launches, while leading cross-functional teams across the US and Europe.

The role requires strong leadership in international markets, experience with digital marketing, and a strategic mindset to maximize lifecycle

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in pharma/life sciences with 3 years in commercial leadership.
Proven success launching branded products internationally (EU5 or US).
Experience with digital marketing strategies.
Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and drive alignment across complex organizations.
Experience in the biosimilar market is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead successful launch of biosimilars and drive commercial success.
Design brand plans, tactics, and marketing campaigns for upcoming biosimilar launches with key regions and functions.
Drive launch excellence by leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams and define launch plans and success metrics.
Monitor performance, identify gaps, guide interventions and lifecycle management activities.
Provide commercial input for development and lifecycle management programs and enable training initiatives for marketing and sales teams.
Build and maintain a strong network with key internal stakeholders.
Inspire and develop high-performing commercial teams with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
