Job summary

Havas Media Netherlands is seeking a Global Awards Intern to organize the network’s award footprint, coordinate across international offices, and champion wins both internally and externally. You will help track entries, manage the internal platform, and assist with submissions and asset uploads.

The role requires strong English, superb organization, and solid MS Office skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling. Amsterdam-based, available two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Based in or around Amsterdam with the right to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented writing and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Express is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize the network’s global award footprint and coordinate with international offices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the internal awards tracking platform.
• Assist with writing and drafting actual awards submissions.
• Collaborate with Global Communications for external promotion of wins.
• Support uploading submissions, case studies, and assets to festival platforms.
