Job summary

The Storytelling Company is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead international AV/IT procurement, sourcing hardware, software and services, and coordinating global shipments. You’ll liaise with suppliers, negotiate deals, and work with logistics partners and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain with international scope.
• Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing logistics.
• Solid knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to juggle priorities.
• Experience in AV/IT sectors is a plus; familiarity with procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full procurement process for international AV/IT projects.
• Source and negotiate deals for hardware, software, and related services.
• Maintain relationships, including customs and compliance handling with local partners.
• Coordinate global shipments, including customs and compliance handling.
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve shipping or sourcing issues.
• Keep procurement timelines and budgets across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and finance.
• Contribute to improving procurement and logistics workflows.
