Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking an Assets Integrity Manager / Technical Manager to oversee AIR across the Rotterdam region and global assets. You will drive strategy, ensure safety, and optimize reliability of the Production and Marine Systems.

You will lead a regional team of AIR engineers, collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and HSSE, and interface with clients and regulators to maintain best-in-class asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's/MBA desirable.
• 12+ years in asset integrity management in oil & gas.
• Proven experience managing large global AIR programs.
• Strong expertise in integrity management systems, inspections, and RBI.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional AIR strategy to ensure asset longevity, availability and safety.
• Provide input into regional and corporate AIR strategy and ensure execution.
• Improve operating region fleet via lessons learned and change management.
• Monitor fleet status and provide technical support during emergencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and HSSE to align initiatives.
• Represent SBM Offshore in AIR discussions with clients and regulators.
