Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Maastricht Airport is seeking a Freight Forwarder Airfreight Healthcare to coordinate international healthcare shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.

You will liaise with customers, airlines and DSV hubs, maintain status updates, and provide rates within guidelines. Dutch and English proficiency and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• a good command of both Dutch and English
• experience within airfreight or logistics is considered an advantage
• a stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset
• the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
• affinity with systems and administrative processes

Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating daily airfreight shipments for international healthcare customers
• Maintaining contact with customers, airlines, airports and DSV locations worldwide
• Handling and following up on customs-related activities
• Providing rates within established guidelines and preparing spot rates when required
• Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving delays or operational deviations
