Job summary
AI Lab, the central AI team within Total Specific Solutions, is seeking an Technical AI Engineer to design and implement scalable AI software components. You will explore cutting-edge AI technologies and guide architectural decisions across multiple client projects.
You will collaborate with agile teams, contribute to legacy modernization, and help shape technical direction. Travel within the Netherlands and abroad may occur occasionally.
Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to take ownership of work.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with software engineering (.NET, backend development, cloud).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
- Demonstrated alignment with IDE: Innovative, Dedicated, Entrepreneurial.
Responsibilities
- Design and build innovative AI solutions and software components.
- Experiment with the latest AI technologies and apply them to client solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on projects and support teams in making right choices.
- Contribute to complex projects like legacy modernization and AI integration.
- Work across NL and international business units; travel within the Netherlands is common.
