Job summary

NAFVSM is a specialist in producing high-quality glass products and invites you to join our international team. As a Machine Operator on a 2-shift system, you will work in a small team, learn the craft, and contribute to our family-run environment.

You will start in a day shift during the training period and then switch to a two-shift schedule (08:00-17:00 and 16:00-24:00, alternating weekly). Benefits include 23 vacation days, travel allowance, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• MBO level of working and thinking.
• Preferably experience in a production environment.
• Good knowledge of the English language, as you will be working with international colleagues.
• Curiosity, drive and enthusiasm to learn.
• A passion for precision work and a results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with adjusting and starting up the production line.
• Inspecting produced products for cleanliness, dimensions, functionality, and shape deviations.
• Unloading the packing robot and sealing the packaging.
• Processing production and measurement data administratively.
• Cleaning the machine and the production area.
