Scheuten Glas in Venlo is seeking a dedicated machine operator to join our glass production team. You’ll work with cutting and CNC machines in a safety‑conscious environment, ensuring efficient production and high‑quality outputs across a 3‑shift system.

You'll set up machine parameters, monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on approach and responsible work ethic.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks.
• Basic computer literacy related to production.
• Proficiency in Dutch, German or English.

Responsibilities

• Operate glass processing machines (cutting and CNC) to ensure efficient, safe production.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet product requirements.
• Inspect glass products to ensure quality before delivery.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production processes and maintain safety.
