Job summary
Monday Merch is seeking a German-speaking Junior Merch Consultant to act as the first contact for our B2B German-speaking clients. You will provide service information, guide merch projects from 1K to 150K euros, and help secure first orders while driving repeat business.
You will work with the Sales team to build client relationships, aim to improve sign rates, and contribute ideas to product catalog improvements. Office is in Rotterdam; English and German fluency are essential.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German.
- Structured, university-level thinking desirable.
- Outgoing, customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for our German-speaking B2B customers.
- Build relationships and drive first orders and repeat business.
- Track sign rate and activity with customers; report on revenue from quotes.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and product catalog based on client feedback.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to convert inquiries into orders.
- Stay informed about merch industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to refine the catalog.
