OTC Flow B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Legal Officer - German to deliver comprehensive legal support across the business, with focus on German operations and compliance in European environmental markets.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, monitor German regulatory developments in energy law, and help translate strategic initiatives into compliant legal structures. The role offers a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law is required; LLM preferred.
Fluent German and English are mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years as a legal professional in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with a focus on German regulation.
Provide legal advice on German energy law, biomethane, THG quotas, and carbon markets.
Support development of compliant legal structures across markets and cross-border matters.
Assist in policy development and governance documentation for compliance.
Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
Handle ad hoc legal tasks to support evolving business priorities.
