The role offers hybrid work with at least 1 day in the office, full-time employment, and a remuneration package of base salary plus bonus, along with structured training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in direct sales or account management is helpful but not required.
• Strong grasp of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CPM, CPA, Reach).
• Ability to create actionable insights from data and deliver reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-launch activities and asset coordination.
• Set up campaigns and prepare advertiser-ready reports.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide performance updates to clients and account managers.
• Make proactive recommendations to improve results.
• Perform hands-on campaign optimization and data analysis.
