You will report via Cross International, contributing to sustainable leadership and customer-centric expansion across two markets.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in a top role (GM/Commercial Director).
• Ability to translate strategy into market growth and tangible results.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a data-driven approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with stakeholder management across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and realize the commercial growth strategy for NL and Belgium.
• Drive revenue, market penetration and share growth.
• Identify new opportunities and innovative solutions in horticulture.
• Define go-to-market approach and expand direct and distribution channels.
• Monitor market trends and translate into concrete actions.
