Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking an experienced GenAI Python Engineer to join a small, close-knit team that designs, builds and operates AI platforms powering critical customer systems. The role focuses on deploying GenAI applications in production, leveraging LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch and FastAPI, and driving architectural decisions for a scalable platform.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of proven commercial experience in a professional software engineering environment.
• Designing, building and maintaining Generative AI applications, including deploying and operating them in production using Python.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks, libraries or platforms such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch or FastAPI.
• Working with Generative AI models in production environments, both open-source and proprietary, including models such as GPT, Llama and Claude.
• Implementing and optimizing core GenAI components, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Driving architectural decisions and contributing to the long-term technical vision of a platform or product.
• Leading technology adoption and change management initiatives to ensure cutting-edge solutions deliver measurable business value.
