Databricks is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer for the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. You will develop GenAI solutions, own production rollouts, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across domains.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities, present at Data + AI Summit, and travel every 4–8 weeks to meet customers. 4+ years of hands-on data science and deployment experience required.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years' experience in relevant field.
• Experience building GenAI applications with RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning.
• Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications.
• Extensive data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch etc.
• Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using the latest Databricks AI research.
• Own production rollouts of GenAI applications for customers and internally.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across domains.
• Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap.
