Job summary

NN (Nationale Nederlanden) invites a GenAI Engineer to join the Asset Reuse Team (ART) and build reusable AI assets that power the NN AI asset marketplace and enhance customer services and operations.

You will collaborate with product managers, tech leads, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into robust AI solutions, deploy APIs, and ensure scalable, secure delivery across NN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of software or DevOps engineering and ML app development.
• Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous development.
• Experience with CI/CD, application security, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience building automated APIs and cloud solutions using CI/CD, Git, Terraform.
• Ability to deliver complex AI end-to-end solutions with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable AI components for NN.
• Deploy production AI solutions with scalable, secure, and high performance.
• Collaborate with ART PM, tech lead, GenAI engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop scalable AI apps using Langchain, Langgraph, and agentic frameworks.
• Integrate models as APIs into the NN landscape.
• Define AI Asset Lifecycle with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Set CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and security standards.
• Continuously drive innovation and explore new AI tech.
