Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Director to lead AI transformation for clients across Europe in a hybrid setup. You will advise C-suite leaders, shape AI strategies, and guide projects from discovery to production with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, design and data.

The role focuses on driving measurable business value through generative AI, agentic systems, and scalable solutions while mentoring teams and growing the Applied AI practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Banking/FS/Insurance/Healthcare/Life Sciences/Energy/Utilities with business impact
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic systems
• Executive stakeholder management with C-suite exposure

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on AI transformation and strategy

We're looking for an Applied AI Director to join our team in the UK or Europe in a hybrid working mode. This position offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany or Switzerland and occasional office visits required.At EPAM, we help organizations turn advances in generative AI into measurable business outcomes.
