Job summary

Picnic invites ambitious graduates to join the Future Leaders Graduate Program – Business Analytics in Amsterdam. You’ll join a business team from day one, own a topic, and become an expert in data, strategy and tech.

The two-year program blends hands-on projects with mentorship, rapid learning, and real-world impact across Europe. You’ll sharpen skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint while tackling real problems and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
• Experience in high-performance environments (consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of ownership and delivery
• Hands-on, builder mentality with willingness to tackle real problems
• Basic knowledge of Python/SQL/Excel/PowerPoint or similar tools
• EU citizenship or valid EU working permit required

Responsibilities

• Own a business-critical project from start to finish with mentorship and feedback
• Develop leadership skills in project management, storytelling and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with analytics and tech teams across the Netherlands, Germany and France
• Build practical data-driven solutions rather than just slides
