Picnic Technologies is launching the Analytics - Future Leaders Graduate Program in Amsterdam. You will join a business team, own a topic from day one, and become an expert in your field while learning leadership, storytelling and stakeholder communication.

Across two years you’ll tackle real problems with Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, collaborating with teams in NL, DE and FR and shaping a European scale business.

Qualifications

• Masters in a quantitative field or equivalent
• Experience in high-performance environments (consulting, fast-growth startups, internships)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel or similar coding languages

Responsibilities

• Own business topics and projects from start to finish within analytics and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Netherlands, Germany and France
• Deliver real-world impact by applying data-driven solutions
