Job summary

Worden has been designing and manufacturing high quality furniture products for more than 75 years. As a Product Development Engineer, you will bring concepts to production, partnering with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role focuses on solving problems, improving products and processes, and delivering solutions that meet quality and cost targets. You will manage multiple projects, communicate progress, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s deg in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in engineering or product development
• Experience with SolidWorks or CAD

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new products with customers and internal teams.
• Create CAD models, drawings, and prototypes.
• Improve quality, manufacturability, cost, and time to market.
• Maintain schedules, BOMs, quotes, product documentation.
