Job summary

Hef Associates is seeking an Functional Application Manager to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC/CE landscape, spanning Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and HR processes across 20+ countries. You will translate user needs into functional specifications and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.

You will drive adoption, provide training, and deliver second-line support, while contributing to global rollout initiatives and ensuring security and governance of the ERP/CRM environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC / CE
Experience with cloud-based and SaaS solutions
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel up to approximately 15%
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics environment across 20+ countries
Configure updates, patches, and system upgrades
Ensure the smooth operation of application environments
Configure and manage role-based access and security
Drive user adoption through training and collaboration with stakeholders
Provide second-line support and support global rollout initiatives
