Job summary

Stage Entertainment in Amsterdam seeks an IT-Ticketing Yield specialist to configure and optimize a multi-market ticketing platform. You will translate business requirements into configurations, manage data models and integrations, and ensure data integrity and security across systems.

The role requires 2+ years in application management, SaaS/ticketing experience, and strong English skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in application management, preferably in ticketing, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of operational and commercial ticketing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in data modeling, system integrations, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of IT security principles.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working.
