As we continue to grow our digital channels, we are looking for a proactive and driven Functional Application Specialist – E-commerce who will play a key role in optimizing and managing our digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and support our commercial goals.

Your role:

As Functional Application Manager for SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), you ensure our digital commerce platform runs smoothly and evolves with the business. You translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and work closely with the Product Manager and development teams to deliver impactful solutions. You manage the change process from idea to tested implementation. You ensure quality by validating new features before release. Your work directly supports a seamless and effective online customer experience.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CCv2 change management processes, from demand to delivery (scrum).
  • Closely collaborate with the Product Manager Webshop (Product Owner) to balance business and technical requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze and refine requirements to groom tickets on the backlog.
  • Collaborate with our development teams (5 FTE) to ensure the realization of business solutions.
  • Test the delivery of tickets on our Development and Staging environment before handing it to the Product Manager Webshop.
  • Stay updated with industry and application trends and implement best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality at all times.
  • Balancing the needs of the business with technical feasibility.
  • Capitalizing on opportunities which create true customer value.
  • Navigating development processes efficiently (together with Scrum master).
  • Ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of complex business processes to ensure a lean and simple solution where possible.
  • Anticipating on potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them.

This is you:

  • A seasoned professional with a Bachelor degree or University degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration or other relevant study.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Functional Application Management or other relevant role.
  • Passionate about delivering optimal solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Driven by results and committed to excellence.
