Job summary

NN Bank is seeking a freelance software engineer to contribute to NN’s Shared Business Services in The Hague and Rotterdam. You will build and expand features using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS serverless tech, working independently within an Agile team for a 5-month assignment.

You bring 5+ years in full-stack development, strong AWS experience, and solid English communication. The role offers a hybrid work setup with office days in The Hague and Rotterdam and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and strong proficiency in full-stack development with TypeScript, Node.js
• Solid experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB etc)
• Mature in the full software life cycle (product discovery, CI/CD pipelines, observability, configuration management, compliance etc)
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)
