Job summary

Brave Ones in Leiden is seeking a full‑time Cart Construction Employee to prepare orders for transport in the flowers and plants logistics area. You will pack items, use a handheld scanner to verify orders, and build/seal transport carts for shipment.

Work is in a supportive, international team with early shifts and 32–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are able to lift, meet height requirements, and enjoy hands‑on work, with a proactive, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

• Start as soon as possible.
• Available for at least 6 months, longer is even better.
• Work 32-40 hours per week, the more, the better.
• Shift times are from 06:00 - 15:00 / 07:00 - 16:00
• Able to work at least 4 days during the week. And once every 4 weeks on Saturday.
• You are willing to do a hands on job.
• Above the height of 1.65m due to the height of the carts
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Packing flowers and plants into crates, boxes, and transport units.
• Working with a handheld scanner to register items, check order accuracy, and track products.
• Building and sealing transport carts, making sure everything is stable, secure, and ready for shipment.
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised so the process runs smoothly.
