Job summary

Brave Ones in Leiden is seeking a Part-time Orderpicking Employee to support the flower and plant logistics for Europe. You will pick items by customer orders and ensure accuracy for transport.

The role is 16–24 hours per week with morning or evening shifts; you’ll join an international, supportive team and grow with a family-owned company near Leiden Central Station.

Qualifications

• Available for at least 6 months, longer is preferred.
• Shift times: 07:00–12:00 or 17:00–21:00.
• Available to work Monday, Friday and Saturday.
• Willingness to do a hands-on job.
• Height above 1.65 m.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and motivated.

Description

As a Part Time Orderpicking Employee, you’ll work in the flower and plant logistics department, making sure customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for transport. Your main tasks include:

Picking the correct flowers and plants based on customer orders.

Checking products and quantities to make sure orders are complete and accurate.

The work is structured and easy to learn. You’ll collaborate with Dutch colleagues and international students in a supportive and friendly team environment.
