Job summary

Manna in Amsterdam is seeking a solid backend engineer to own real parts of the roadmap end to end. You’ll work on our in-house platform, doing PHP/MySQL on the server and HTML/CSS/JS on the client, with a focus on delivering features that move revenue and margin.

You will fix bugs, design data models, integrate AI workflows, and build API/data integrations with logging and monitoring. We value ownership, practical architecture choices, and the ability to ship quickly in a small,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of real product work in backend engineering.
• Ability to design data models and scale SQL.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day to day IT operations: bug-fixing & continuous improvement; identify root causes and implement fixes.
• AI integration: design architectures and ship LLM-driven workflows.
• Platform features: take features from spec to production; not a pure operations role.
• API & data integrations: partner endpoints, webhooks, CRM, BI feeds; ensure logging and monitoring.
