Job summary

Rabobank in Utrecht is looking for a Full-stack Engineer to contribute to backend services in Spring Boot and Kotlin, while also taking on frontend work with Angular. You'll help ensure reliable payment journeys used by millions of customers, with deployments and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimally 2 years of work experience in backend/frontend development.
Proactive, self-starter with collaborative mindset.
Willingness to work across stack (frontend, backend, DevOps).

Responsibilities

Contribute to Kotlin-based backend services (Spring Boot) supporting customer journeys.
Contribute to Angular frontend features and ensure end-to-end integration.
Lead operational activities like deployments and configuration changes.
Investigate issues using observability tooling and participate in on-call responsibilities.
Collaborate with teammates through pairing and mobbing to improve delivery.
