Job summary

Tournament Software is seeking a mid-to-senior Full-Stack Developer (C#/.NET + React) to scale our platform used by racket sports events worldwide. From our Alkmaar office, you’ll join a ~30-person team delivering features across backend, SQL access and React, while tackling legacy components and modernisation opportunities.

You will own work end-to-end, tracing issues, delivering reliable production solutions, and collaborating with international sports organisations as we grow.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with C#, .NET, React and SQL—non-negotiable.
• A track record of shipping features to production.
• Comfortable working in a large, long-lived codebase.
• You think in problems and outcomes, not just tickets.
• Able to commute to Alkmaar three days a week: Mon, Wed and Thu, ideally within ~40 minutes.
• Nice to have: SQL Server experience and an affinity with racket sports.

Responsibilities

• Develop across backend functionality, SQL data access and React.
• Build new features, improve existing functionality and fix complex production bugs.
• Understand current systems, trace issues through code and data, and implement safe improvements.
• Own work end-to-end—from problem to production delivery, ensuring reliability for customers.
