Job summary

Nedap is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to work on an electronic health record within our Ons Suite, serving healthcare professionals in the Netherlands. You’ll contribute to architecture, libraries and tooling to reduce complexity and enable teams to build customer-focused applications efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer (medior/senior level).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Vue.
• Experience developing scalable web applications.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English.

What are you going to do?

At Nedap, you will work at the core of digital solutions that support healthcare professionals in their daily work. As a Full-Stack Developer, you contribute to the development of an electronic health record within our Ons® Suite, software used daily by thousands of healthcare professionals across the Netherlands.

You will help develop architecture, libraries, and tooling that reduce complexity for development teams. Through smart abstraction and well-designed tooling, you enable teams to build customer‑focused applications more efficiently and with greater focus. In doing so, you directly contribute to keeping healthcare accessible and future‑proof.

In this role, you will work on larger record‑related projects and complex data migration challenges. You will also help visualize new functionalities within the health record, combining technology with usability. You bring together technical depth and a pragmatic mindset, and actively contribute ideas on how systems can become smarter and simpler.

Your team

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will become part of the Dossier Team within Nedap in Healthcare. This team develops solutions that support healthcare professionals in care processes and electronic health record management. The team consists of backend and frontend engineers and UX designers, working project‑based in changing sub‑teams.

Some colleagues work daily from our office in Groenlo, while others combine working from home with working from locations such as Creative Valley in Utrecht. Hybrid working is the standard.

Beyond work, there is room for connection, from sports and gaming to drinks and movie nights, all informal and without expectations.

The salary range for this role is between €4.000 and €6.500 gross per month based on full‑time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer (medior/senior level).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Vue.
• Experience developing scalable web applications.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work partly on‑site (Groenlo or Utrecht).
• Experience with complex or large‑scale data migrations is a plus.
• Experience with system architecture and making technical design decisions is a plus.

Good to know

You are available for 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common at Nedap, and together with your team, you decide how to organize your working hours for a healthy work‑life balance. You are expected to be on our campus in Groenlo or Utrecht at least once a week.
