Job summary

Picnic Netherlands seeks an FC Lead to build a high-performance, customer-first culture while driving site performance across safety, quality, and cost. You will empower your team, coach leaders, and manage multi-shift operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide Operations Managers, improve retention and delivery metrics, and handle critical incidents with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement. This role requires English and Dutch fluency and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operations experience with large multi-shift teams.
• Experience leading Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver results through KPIs and operational standards.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for site performance on a weekly, period, and annual basis, meeting safety, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Create a high-performance environment where teams are supported, motivated, and accountable.
• Guide and coach Operations Managers and Supervisors to strengthen leadership quality across the site.
• Deliver results on retention, perfect deliveries, delivery capacity, UPH, cost, and operational standards.
• Handle critical incidents, manage escalations, and ensure smooth operational planning and continuity.
• Act as primary contact for the FC People Partner with direct accountability for complex HR cases; work with external stakeholders and authorities as required.

What you'll bring
