Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, is seeking a First Line Support Engineer to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This full-time role (40 hours) follows a day shift (07:30–16:00) within the Motion Factory of the TwinScan Factory.

The successful candidate will investigate production issues, perform hands-on inspections, and drive improvements to support ASML’s semiconductor technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 2-5 years in a technical support production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production issues by working with products, tools and equipment.
• Perform inspections and tests, such as leak testing and defect analysis.
• Diagnose deviations, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate escalations for complex challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Coach colleagues in troubleshooting and structured problem solving.
• Drive continuous improvement to prevent disturbances.
