WestCord Art Hotel Amsterdam seeks a Front Office Medewerker to welcome guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, answer calls, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. You will be part of a friendly, international front office team delivering four-star service daily.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; reception experience and familiarity with Mews are a plus; you live in or near Amsterdam and are able to work rotating shifts including early mornings

Qualifications

• Experience at the reception desk and with Mews is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Residence in or near Amsterdam with ability to commute for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Make and review reservations.
• Answer the phone and manage the mailbox.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
