Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Host to create a warm first impression and guide guests throughout their stay. You will manage check-ins, payments, and provide local recommendations to enhance experiences.

We value energetic hospitality professionals who can multitask, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly in English and Dutch. A dynamic, multinational environment awaits with growth opportunities and member discounts across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that puts guests at ease.
• Ability to switch between tasks without losing focus.
• Proactive mindset with attention to guest needs.
• Comfort with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps.
• Clear communication in English and Dutch.
• Team player who stays calm during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a positive tone.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby inviting and well organized.
• Share local tips and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Handle activity bookings and restaurant reservations as needed.
• Provide guest insights to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities to guests.

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve everystay
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities

• You have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
• You bring an energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home
• You’re great at switching between tasks without losing your smile
• You have a proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones
• You’recomfortable with digital tools like PMS,kiosksor guest messaging apps
• You communicate clearly in English and Dutch
• You’re a team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks
