You’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and assist with queries while delivering a smooth guest experience. Strong English required; German/French skills are a plus. Accommodation and meals are provided as part of the EU seasonal contract.
Join an international hotel operations team and enjoy living abroad for a season with insurance coverage included.
Live & work in sunny holiday destinations across Greece
You enjoy being the first point of contact and making people feel welcome from the very first moment. You like communication, structure and responsibility, but you don’t want a stiff office job. An international environment with daily guest interaction sounds motivating to you, especially when it comes with the chance to live abroad for a season.
If you like organisation, problem-solving and working with people, this role fits you very well.
Your workday takes place at the centre of hotel operations. You welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs and support them with questions throughout their stay. You provide information about the hotel and surrounding area and communicate with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also take care of basic administrative tasks and help resolve small issues in a professional and friendly way.
This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.
For this position, previous experience in hospitality, reception or customer service is important. You should feel confident speaking with guests, handling questions and staying organised during busy moments. Very good English skills are required, as you’ll communicate with guests and colleagues daily. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage.
Working abroad often raises questions about housing, meals and contracts. We’ve already taken care of all of that for you. Your accommodation is arranged before you arrive, meals are included during your working days and you’ll receive a legal EU seasonal contract including insurance. This allows you to focus on your role and the guest experience without worrying about everyday logistics.
