Job summary

DP Survey Group, via its TOP Expertise division, is seeking a Freelance Loss Adjuster to support legal cases. The role suits experienced project managers, operations managers, or seasoned loss assessors with building services expertise. You will inspect buildings, prepare reports, and advise on costs for repairs.

You will work independently from sites in Hoogvliet, Almere or Antwerp, offering technical assessments and clear recommendations to clients while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

TOP Expertise, part of DP Survey Group, is looking for a Freelance Loss Adjuster.
This freelance role as a loss adjuster for legal support cases is particularly suited to (former) project managers,
operations managers, experienced installers, or seasoned loss assessors.

It is ideal for technical professionals with extensive experience in building services engineering
who can apply their expertise to assess defects and complaints effectively.
You are confident in your field and know your subject matter inside out.
