Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a senior insights professional to own end-to-end insights execution, from data collection and structuring to analysis and conclusions. You will build AI-powered workflows to scale impact across the business and partner with Product, Marketing, CX, and Analytics teams.

You’ll translate data into actionable business decisions, design surveys, clean data, and create reusable analytics frameworks.

Qualifications

• You bring at least 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or BI.
• Proven ability to translate data into business decisions (very important).
• Hands-on experience applying AI in workflows, analysis and insights centralization.
• Strong SQL and BI tooling experience (Looker, Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
• Experience with survey design, data cleaning, and dataset structuring.
• You work independently and know when to involve others.
• You’re registered as a freelance and available full time for at least 4 months.

Responsibilities

• You own the insights cycle end-to-end (data collection, structuring, analysis, and conclusions).

• You clean, validate, and structure datasets for analysis-ready outputs.
