Tarief

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at AKZO to help us strengthen how we connect with candidates through recruitment marketing and employer brand content. In this 6-month role, you will help translate strategy into practical tools and support our Talent Acquisition teams in using them with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with teams across regions, including talent acquisition, brand, and communications. Your focus will be on building simple frameworks, launching pilot campaigns, and making sure local teams are set up to continue the work after you leave.

Build a practical, global recruitment marketing strategy aligned with our EVP and hiring goals

Audit current activity, define core channels, target personas, and messaging frameworks

Run pilot campaigns that can be reused and scaled

(Co)create toolkits, templates, and training that help recruiters activate content confidently

Train and coach non-marketers in recruitment marketing best practices

Analyze and report on campaign performance using KPIs like CTR, apply rates, and quality of hire impact

Align recruitment messaging with our employer brand and DEI commitments

Improve key candidate-facing channels like our careers site, job boards, and social platforms

Set up simple systems for campaign planning, measurement, and content governance

Wrap up with a clear transition plan, including documentation and next steps

Requirements: (add a motivation letter)

5–8 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent marketing

A track record of building marketing systems from scratch in global or matrixed environments

Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy, and candidate journeys

A hands-on approach and the ability to coach teams who are not marketers

Clear communicator, structured thinker, and confident collaborator
