About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile E-commerce Manager to take the lead on the day-to-day running and optimisation of our main online store (Shopify Plus).
You'll be responsible for everything from product search to advertising, and you’ll play a key role in shaping our CRO roadmap and A/B testing strategy. We value attitude, communication and collaboration just as much as technical skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage our Shopify Plus store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and maintain the CRO roadmap
- Develop and execute A/B tests across key customer journeys
- Optimise on-site search, merchandising, and product discovery
- Manage and support digital advertising and promotional campaigns
- Ensure site content and product listings are accurate, timely, and up to date
- Identify and fix issues, working with developers or third-party tools when needed
- Lead e-commerce meetings, aligning internal stakeholders and tracking progress
- Bring commercial insight to the table – understanding what drives sales and customer engagement
Who You Are
- A jack-of-all-trades e-commerce professional with hands-on experience running and improving Shopify stores
- Data-driven and commercially aware – you’re always thinking about how to convert and retain customers
- A strong communicator – someone who can lead a discussion, present results, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Bonus if you have experience with Shopify Plus-specific features and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify or Shopify Plus bonus)
- Solid understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and ecommerce analytics
- Experience with product search, digital advertising, and content maintenance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working hybrid – 2 days per week on-site in Amsterdam
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
