Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Freelance Conversational AI Engineer to work with an energy client in Utrecht. The role involves ensuring the quality of Dutch chat and voice-bot conversations, including conversation design and managing testing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in chatbot and voice-bot design, a good understanding of conversational UX, and be fluent in Dutch. This contract position lasts for 6 months and offers the opportunity to work in an innovative environment.

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Type: Freelance

Duration: 6 months

Role Summary

Working with an energy client in Utrecht, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Dutch chat and voice‑bot conversations. The assignment is carried out in sprints and includes conversation design, planning and following up on testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in chatbot and/or voice‑bot design
• Define test scenarios for scripted and GenAI flows
• Validate and adjust conversations, both scripted and AI‑generated responses (LLM / RAG)
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base for generative AI
• Good understanding of conversational UX and flow design
• Affinity with AI‑driven systems and conversational automation
• Native or near‑native Dutch
