Job summary

Embedded Engineering in the Netherlands (Rijswijk, near Delft) seeks an enthusiastic FPGA engineer to own complex FPGA designs and contribute to Defence and Security projects. You will lead tasks, develop test plans, and collaborate across hardware and software teams.

Minimum 3 years FPGA experience; Master’s in EE preferred; English required. We offer 31 days vacation, profit sharing, pension, a company phone or allowance and lunches.

Qualifications

• Experience with FPGA design required, minimum 3 years.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Developing complex and mission‑critical FPGA designs.
• Leading tasks and work packages related to FPGA design.
• Developing and executing test plans.
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams, delivering products on time and within budget.
• Performing system engineering duties across hardware and embedded software for prototypes and new products as appropriate.
