Duna is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives from initial contact to go-live. You will lead integrations, workshops, and customer engagements, ensuring pragmatic, API-first solutions with a strong focus on webhook security and data modeling.

You will work across customer teams, translate needs into actionable plans, and continuously feed product and engineering with customer insights while traveling regularly to meet clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Be the technical partner to our Account Executives, from the first call to go‑live

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You've done this before, as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, integration engineer or in a similar customer‑facing technical role
• You've written plenty of integrations yourself. You're pragmatic, API first, and know webhooks, auth and system mapping well
• You can hold a room of senior engineers: you set the agenda, keep people engaged and earn their trust
• You care as much about how the platform works as about whether the customer succeeds
• You're comfortable switching between several customers and workstreams in the same day
• You're happy to travel regularly to meet customers
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
• Bonus: experience in payments, identity verification, fraud, or other integration‑heavy products like CRMs

Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. You don't need to know all of it, but you should be comfortable reading code and building a working integration against an API.
