Job summary

Kraft Heinz Holland Plant is seeking a lead warehouse associate to oversee receiving, shipping, and forklift operations. You will coordinate forklift drivers, train staff, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory control at a historic facility with RWDSU union status.

The role requires forklift certification, ability to lift 75 pounds, and strong communication skills. Expect a second-shift schedule with overtime and a shift premium; union and GMP compliance are involved.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
• Familiarity with supply chain functions is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; basic computer literacy (BPCS, SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving and shipping activities and coordinate forklift drivers.
• Operate forklift equipment (certified).
• Keep materials areas clean and organized (glass dock, storage, palletizers, etc.).
• Train full-time and seasonal employees on warehouse operations and safety.
• Direct inbound/outbound shipments and complete required documentation.
• Use inventory systems (BPCS now, SAP in future) for shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Communicate with leads and staff to prioritize shift activities and report inventory status.
