Job summary

Trouw Nutrition in the Netherlands seeks a Forklift Operator to support receiving, storage, and transport of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. You will operate a rider-type forklift, perform basic checks, and ensure safety, housekeeping and compliance with HSE standards.

As part of the warehouse team, you will count inventory, report defects, and coordinate with production and logistics to keep materials flowing on time.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a rider-type forklift or similar material handling equipment.
• Ability to perform basic housekeeping and maintain a clean work area.
• Familiarity with receiving, storage and shipping processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle and control raw materials and goods to ensure deliveries meet PO requirements.
• Store materials in prescribed locations and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Transport materials to production and inter-department locations as required to support on-time production.
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance tasks and report any defects to supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with SHEQ requirements and safety regulations.
