Job summary

Nature Bio Foods Europe is seeking a forklift operator to support loading, unloading and warehousing activities in our Rotterdam facility. You will use forklifts and scanners to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatches, while maintaining strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have a valid forklift certification, and possess 3–4 years of forklift operation experience with strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Proficient with machinery and scanners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Use a forklift to load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
• Secure loads to the machine before transport to ensure safety.
• Utilize scanning technology to ensure correct products are picked and inventory is updated.
• Communicate to staff regarding their dispatches.
• Inspect machinery to determine repair requirements and perform routine maintenance to ensure safety.
• Move materials packed on pallets around the facility as required.
• Identify and resolve or report workplace safety hazards.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
