Job summary

Mosam Techjobs in Oudkarspel is seeking an Allround Operator for a 2-shift system to run all four production lines. You set up, operate, adjust and change over machines, monitor quality, and intervene for deviations, while supporting colleagues on the floor.

You’ll work early 05:00–14:00 and late 14:00–23:00 shifts, ensure HACCP compliance and maintain a clean, orderly workplace. The role rewards with a competitive gross salary and benefits in a stable food-production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an (allround) operator, preferably in the food industry
• Technical insight, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving ability
• Working accurately, attention to quality, and thinking in solutions
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is an asset)
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
• Team player who can collaborate well and instruct colleagues

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, adjusting, and changing over packaging and production machines
• Checking the supply of correct raw materials and packaging materials
• Signaling and resolving minor operational malfunctions
• Performing test runs, quality checks, and measurements
• Recording production data (quality, quantities, technical) in our Patch system
• Instructing, directing, and supporting production employees
• Working according to HACCP, hygiene, and quality standards for an optimal end product
• Keeping the workplace orderly, clean, and tidy
