The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a energetic Floor Manager for Breman Brasserie. You will lead daily service in a busy, high-volume restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain standards and a warm, memorable atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong previous work experience as floor manager or supervisor in a busy and high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent understanding of the English language.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
• Formulate work schedules for the team.
• Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with cash control procedures.
• Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager with energy, personality, and charm to join our team at Breman Brasserie. Reporting to our Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a traditional French Brasserie with a Dutch Flair. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating Wine List.
