As a Flight Physics Intern, you will work alongside our engineers on the development of subscale flying prototypes used to evaluate aircraft dynamics and behavior in flight.
One of the key activities within our aircraft development programs is the development of scaled flight demonstrators: physical flying prototypes that allow us to explore aircraft behaviour, validate engineering assumptions and investigate flight-control concepts before they are applied at full scale.
This is a highly hands-on internship. You will have a direct contribution across the development cycle: from 3D design and manufacturing to aircraft assembly, electrical integration, flight-control development and testing.
You will be working on real hardware, supported by experienced engineers who will guide you throughout the internship. Your background, strengths and interests can help shape the exact focus of your project.
We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on student who enjoys turning designs into physical hardware. You don’t need to know everything. We will teach you. What matters most is your willingness to learn and understand how aircrafts behave — and turn that understanding into building a flying scaled prototype.
This is not an internship where you will only observe from the sidelines.
You will have the opportunity to design, build, integrate and test real flight hardware, see how engineering decisions translate into aircraft behavior, and contribute directly to the development of next‑generation aircraft technologies.
You will work alongside experienced aerospace engineers, learn across disciplines and gain exposure to the practical challenges involved in taking an aircraft concept from an engineering model to something that flies.
