We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Aviation Engineer to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize aircraft systems and components while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and industry safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to engineering excellence to contribute to innovative aviation projects.

  • Design and analyze aircraft structures, systems, and components using advanced CAD and simulation software
  • Conduct aerodynamic and structural analysis to optimize aircraft performance and safety
  • Develop and execute test plans to verify design specifications and validate system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management to ensure timely project delivery
  • Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and design specifications in compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve design or performance challenges
  • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay current with aviation industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, AutoCAD, or equivalent) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB)
  • Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and aircraft structural design
  • Experience with aircraft systems analysis and avionics integration
  • Solid understanding of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to organize complex technical information and communicate findings clearly

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

  • Experience with aircraft maintenance or certification processes
  • Familiarity with materials science and composite materials used in aviation
  • Knowledge of flight testing or performance validation procedures
