In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize aircraft systems and components while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and industry safety standards. • Design and analyze aircraft structures, systems, and components using advanced CAD and simulation software
• Conduct aerodynamic and structural analysis to optimize aircraft performance and safety
• Develop and execute test plans to verify design specifications and validate system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and design specifications in compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve design or performance challenges
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay current with aviation industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
