Job summary

NCI Agency Brunssum seeks a 1st line REACH support technician to install, configure and maintain hardware, software and networks for end-user devices, delivering frontline IT support at site.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident resolution, security updates, and coordinating with local and NCIA teams to ensure reliable service and user experience. Must have NATO SECRET clearance and ITIL foundation.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Recent (within last 3 years) first-line IT support experience for end-user devices.
• 2 years post-training experience or 4 years post-secondary experience.
• At least 2 years' experience supporting hardware, software, networks in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line end-user IT support at Brunssum location.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and networks for end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents and ensure security updates are applied.
