PepsiCo BeNeLux biedt een stage voor (bijna) afgestudeerden van januari/februari tot juli 2027. Je werkt aan projecten met iconic brands zoals Pepsi, Lay's, Quaker en Doritos en krijgt mentorschap en praktische ervaring in een omgeving waar cultuur, creativiteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

De stage omvat een salaris van 550€ per maand, reiskostenvergoeding en een hybride werkomgeving. Je maakt deel uit van een groep van circa 30 interns en kunt groeien zowel persoonlijk als professioneel.

Formación

• Vereist: eindfase van de studies of maximaal 3 maanden na aanvang van de stage.
• Student onderdompeling in een Bachelor's of Master's programma, bij voorkeur in Commerciele Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Marketing of een verwgeving.
• Proactief, nieuwsgierig en wilt dingen anders doen.

Responsabilidades

• Ondersteunt vooral de retail- sales activiteiten door klanten zoals AH / Jumbo en Superunie te beheren.
• Analyseert verkoopprestaties, promotionele activiteiten en marktontwikkelingen.
• Bereidt klantpresentaties, meetings en business reviews voor.
• Deelt inzichten en ideeën tijdens sales- en klantmeetings.
• Verkrijgt inzicht in de retail-salesprocessen en ondersteunt dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten.
• Ontwikkelt professionele vaardigheden zoals communicatie, time management, probleemoplossing en teamwork.
• Samenwerking met interns en collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.

Responsibilities

• You will focus mainly on the retail part of sales by supporting the sales teams in managing customers like AH / Jumbo and Superunie
• Analyze sales performance, promotional activities and market developments
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, meetings and business reviews
• Be part of sales and customer meetings and contribute with your own insights and ideas
• Gain a strong understanding of how the retail sales process works and support the team in daily commercial activities
• Develop your professional skills; improving communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork
• Collaborate with fellow interns and colleagues across different departments to learn more about the business

Qualifications

• A good command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written) is required
• Proactive in taking on tasks, curious and daring to do things differently
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
• Work clearly and structured
• Communicative and organized
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies
• Student who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, preferably in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
